Lifetime Limited Warranties: Manufacturer(s) will repair or replace any item for entire career lifetime of clinician, for any product failure due to defective materials, or workmanship. Limited warranty excludes cosmetic appearance, and replacement of part(s) or component(s) due to normal use of product(s), with some exceptions, and/or exclusions . Please refer to manufacturers for specific details of lifetime limited warranties. We offer full manufacturer's warranty for all manufacturers represented; as well as full warranty, repair and support service for all Magna Fortis products. We will repair, or replace any Magna Fortis product with return authorization for shipment to a separate location provided by customer service, upon request. No item may be returned for repair, or replacement without a Return Authorization code issued by Stethoscopes Plus, Inc. prior to shipping. Stethoscopes Plus Inc. is not responsible for lost, and/or uninsured, and/or unauthorized returns for repair, replacement, refund or exchange. All other manufacturers' defective new, or broken used products should be returned to the respective product's manufacturer for warranty repair, or replacement. Custom-made products, or custom engraved products from any manufacturer cannot be returned. We offer OEM parts (original equipment manufacturer), and non-OEM parts for many makes and model.
