The products sold on www.stethoscopes.com are brand new in box, and are unused (they have not been tried-out, or used by anyone). Orders for FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipping are put into engraving production queue on a first-come-first-served basis and can be cancelled only before the beginning of the next business day after the order was placed, and not after 5PM on next business day after the order was placed. Because we work so quickly to fill all orders: order changes, or cancellation requests must be made by telephone (not e-mail) within 24 business hours of order placement, and changes or cancellations must be confirmed verbally by a Customer Service representative, only.
